Dr. Christ graduated from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. After completing a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, he went on to intern at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in Houston, TX. Dr. Christ also finished a three-year residency in small animal surgery at Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center in Pittsburgh, PA. He is ACVS credentialed for board certification in small animal surgery.

In his spare time, Dr. Christ enjoys sharing outdoor adventures, such as hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, and rock climbing, with his wife.
