Melody (Mel) Forsythe is the Client Experience Manager at South Asheville Veterinary Emergency & Specialty, where she is dedicated to ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their pet’s visit. 

With a strong background in veterinary client services, operations, and team leadership, Mel works closely with doctors, technicians, and client service teams to create a compassionate, seamless experience—especially during stressful or emotional situations. She plays a key role in guiding client communication, addressing feedback and concerns, and helping families understand what to expect at each stage of care. 

In addition to her client-facing work, Mel supports hospital operations behind the scenes by coordinating workflows, supporting team development, and helping ensure systems and processes run smoothly across departments. Her approachable leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence help foster trust, consistency, and a positive experience for both clients and staff. 

Mel is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting veterinary professionals, and creating an environment where pets and the people who love them feel genuinely cared for.
