Candice has been working in the veterinary field for over two decades, and is most passionate about patient care, anesthesia and analgesia, and of course emergency and critical care! She has worked in specialty veterinary medicine practices from Texas, to New York City, and is excited to bring her wealth of knowledge to North Carolina. 

She obtained her VTS (ECC) in 2024 and very much looks forward to using her skills and knowledge to help move the field ever forward while helping as many animals as possible. 

Candice spends her free time hiking and horseback riding the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, and also sits on the board for the Pisgah View State Park. 

In the hospital, you will often find her snuggling the patients in ICU, finding ways to make their stay as comfortable and compassionate as possible.
