Dr. Megan Caiazzo obtained her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed both her small animal rotating internship and specialty surgery internship at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Charlotte, NC., and completed her surgery residency at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Akron, OH. Her interests include thoracic surgery, fracture repair, and minimally invasive procedures.

Dr. Caiazzo is excited to be back in North Carolina and call Asheville her new home. She enjoys reading, painting, hiking, kickboxing, trying new restaurants and breweries, and spending time with her family, friends, and 3 cats (Kahlua, Luna, and Martini).
