Michelle Walter brings over a decade of experience in human and veterinary healthcare, blending clinical expertise with strategic leadership. Originally trained as a human radiology technologist, Michelle has a strong foundation in X-ray and MRI, supported by a Master’s degree in Healthcare Strategy and Innovation and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

At SAVES, Michelle is dedicated to strengthening hospital operations, enhancing medical excellence, and supporting continued growth and innovation. Her work is centered on creating an environment where patients, families, and teams receive the highest level of care.

Outside of work, Michelle is a proud pet parent to her Blue Fronted Amazon parrot, Dexter Bird—whose bold personality reflects her lifelong appreciation for animals and the meaningful connections they inspire.
